abstract The present invention provides a making method of conductive thin film and product thereof. The making method includes steps of: first, preparing TEOS, 3-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, any one of or a mixture of VTEO and VTMO according to mole ratio of component 1: 1: 1; then, preparing reactant of silicon mixed with water and alcohol of twice as much as the foregoing reactant, and mixing them up for more than 12 hours to get the raw paint; adding 3-50wt% conducting material into the raw paint and mixing them up for the resulting paint; last, coating the resulting paint onto substrates, under the condition of 70-250 DEG C heating for 5-60min, the resulting paint can form a conductive thin film with continuous holes. The invention has the advantages of saving the product cost and enhancing the penetrability of the product.
