titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing organic semiconductor film, and organic semiconductor film array
abstract A raw material solution containing an organic semiconductor material and a solvent is applied on a substrate (1), and organic semiconductor films (4) are formed on the substrate by drying the raw material solution. A contact member (7) having a plurality of contact surfaces (6a) disposed thereon is used, said contact surfaces having the raw material solution adhered thereon, respectively. The contact member is disposed such that the contact surfaces have a predetermined relationship with respect to the surface of the substrate, a plurality of droplets (3) of the raw material solution are formed on the substrate, and a droplet retained state, wherein the droplets are retained on the contact surfaces, respectively, is formed. The solvent in the droplets is evaporated, and organic semiconductor films are formed at the positions on the substrate surfaces that correspond to the contact surfaces. Thus, the organic semiconductor films, which can be manufactured by means of a simple step using a coat method, and furthermore, which have a high charge mobility, can be manufactured.
