titleOfInvention | Method and composition for activating promoter sector of light-responsive genes using light energy. |
abstract | A method and composition for activating the promoter sector of a light-responsive genes using light energy, comprising steps of firstly preparing a medium capable of irradiating light energy spontaneously or irradiating light energy after absorbing outside energies, then placing the medium into a cell having light-responsive genes promoter, and allowing the medium to release the light energy so that DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) sequence in the promoter sector of the light-responsive genes starts to perform deconvolution, and double helix structures of the promoter sector are activated. When the foregoing medium generates light energy, organism cells can absorb the light energy to enhance the transcription activity of selected genes to further regulate or change the functional operation of the organisms. |
