This invention relates to medicine compositions of foaming tablet agent, suspending agent or powder agent types that are capable of exterminating helicobacter pylori and its fabrication method. The medicine compositions of foaming tablet agent type, suspending agent type or powder agent type include an effective dose of β-lactams antibiotic, an effective dose of macrolides antibiotic, and an effective dose of antacid such as proton pump inhibitor (PPI), and an medically acceptable carrier such as excipient, flavor enhancer, foaming agent, glidant, antibacterial agent, suspending agent, disintegrant, and lubricant, etc. The suspending agent type medicine composition is obtained by firstly mixing β-lactams antibiotic and disintegrant, and added with the mixture of macrolides antibiotic and suspending agent, then added with antacid, and finally uniformly mixing with the medically acceptable carrier that contains lubricant. The powder agent type medicine composition is obtained by mixing antacid and suspending agent, and added with the mixture of macrolides antibiotic and a medically acceptable carrier, then added with β-lactams antibiotic, and finally uniformly mixing with the medically acceptable carrier that contains lubricant. The foaming agent type medicine composition is obtained by firstly mixing antacid and a medically acceptable carrier that contains foaming agent, then added with β-lactams antibiotic and macrolides antibiotic, and then subjected to particle-making and tablet-pressing processes. The medicine compositions of foaming agent type and powder agent type use an alkali substance to increase the pH of gastric acid so that the antacid and antibiotic will not be degraded easily in stomach and have an increased stability in stomach, beneficial to stomach working functions and increasing the bioavailability of the medicine in human body. |
