titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent light source device |
abstract | Disclosed is an organic electroluminescent light source device, which has a first transparent electrode layer, a light emitting layer, a second transparent electrode layer, and a reflection layer having a reflection surface, in this order from the side of the light emitting surface, and which also has a structural layer (X) provided between the second transparent electrode layer and the reflection surface, said structural layer being in contact with the reflection surface. The reflection surface has a structure having recesses and protrusions, and the structure has a unit thereof selected from among a group composed of a recess, a protrusion, and the combination of the recess and the protrusion. The organic electroluminescent light source device satisfies the inequalities of θ 1=sin-1(1/n) and {90-sin-1(1/n)}/3=θ 2=sin-1(1/n), wherein n is the refractive index of the structural layer (X), θ 1( DEG ) is the tilt angle of the unit of the structure having recesses and protrusions, and θ 2( DEG ) is the average tilt angle of the structure of the reflection surface. |
