abstract | The present invention discloses a yeast nutrition product and the preparation method thereof. The main material of the yeast nutrition product of the present invention is the yeast including the milk powder, malt dextrin, lactose, non-dairy creamer, calcium carbonate, starch, white sugar, flavoring agent, and essence. The yeast nutrition product of the present invention further includes the folic acid, Vitamin B, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, trace element-enriched yeasts such as Selenium-enriched yeast, Zinc-enriched yeast, chromium-enriched yeast, Ferrous-enriched yeast and so on, calcium carbonate, air-dried onion in slice, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, cocoa powder, vegetable and fruit powder, sesame, milk tea powder, soy milk power and oat. The present invention also uses various raw materials processed by various preparation processes to obtain the powdery, snowflake-like or tablet-like yeast nutrition products so that the nutrition products with the mouth-feels suitable for various persons are developed. Besides, as compared with the prior yeast nutrition products, the yeast nutrition product, added various raw materials, of the present invention can significantly increase/enhance the immune function of the person who eats the product. |
