With respect to a polyimide film that is produced by the reaction of a tetracarboxylic acid component including 3,3',4,4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride as a main component and a diamine component including p-phenylene diamine as a main component, this invention realizes improving adhesiveness of the polyimide film while keeping excellent properties thereof, by conducting heat treatment to the film at the temperature in the range of 460 DEG C to 550 DEG C and then spraying water or alkaline aqueous solution onto the surface of the film for surface treatment. |
