abstract |
Disclosed is a means to reliably improve the adhesive properties of non easily-adhesive resin film, wherein a non easily-adhesive resin film (11) which is to be bonded to an easily-adhesive resin film (12) is placed in a near-atmospheric pressure treatment space (22). Gas which includes a first polymerisable monomer vapour, such as acrylic acid, passes through a first supply channel (36) and is guided to the vicinity of the non easily-adhesive resin film (11). Gas which includes a second polymerisable monomer vapour, such as HEMA, does not mix with the aforementioned first polymerisable monomer but passes through a second supply channel (46) and is guided to the vicinity of the non easily-adhesive resin film (11). These first and second polymerisable monomers are activated by a near-atmospheric pressure plasma and react with the non easily-adhesive resin film (11). |
