abstract | The present invention relates to a kit for preparing double-function and double-action targeted nano-immuno liposome, the liposome is mainly obtained by combining radio-drug and chemical therapy drug, the kit comprises (1) vial A: protein drug; (2) vial B: Traut's (2-imonothiolane-HCl) reagent; (3) vial C: reagents including DSPC, cholesterol, mPEG-DSPE, DSPE-PRG-maleimide and chemical therapy drug; (4) vial D: reagents including BMEDA, gluconate acetate and SnCl2; and (5) vial E: radio isotope solution. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing double-function and double-action targeted nano-immuno liposome by using the kit. |
