abstract | This invention provides a film for semiconductor device and a semiconductor device obtained by using the same. The interface peeling between films, the film-tilting, and the transferring of an adhesive film toward a cover film can be prevented even when the film for semiconductor device is transported at a low temperature or preserved for a long time. A film for semiconductor device laminating an adhesive film and a cover film on a dicing film sequentially is provided, wherein a peel force F1 between the adhesive film and the cover film is in a range of 0. 025 to 0. 075N/100mm, a peel force F2 between the adhesive film and the dicing film is in a range of 0. 08 to 10N/100mm, and the F1 and the F2 satisfies a relationship of F1 < F2 in a T-type peeling test under a condition of 23 ± 2 DEG C and a peeling speed at 300mm/min. |
