Method for producing thiabenzoazulene propionic acid derivatives |
abstract |
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing derivatives of thiabenzoazulene propionic acid, the derivatives of thiabenzoazulene propionic acid can be used as an effective ingredients for antihistamine agent. According to the manufacturing method of present invention could manufacture derivatives of thiabenzoazulene propionic acid which the second position of the thiabenzoazulene skeleton was substituted by propionic acid. The synthesized derivatives of thiabenzoazulene propionic acid possessing excellent histamine H1 receptor antagonistic action, and also exhibiting low intracerebral transitivity, can be used as an effective ingredients of pharmaceutical compositions such as antihistamine agent. |
