titleOfInvention | Down blowing type plastic foam sheet manufacturing device |
abstract | This invention relates to a down blowing type plastic foam sheet manufacturing device. A plastic material is mixed with a nucleating agent, and then a heating unit is provided from outside to melt the plastic. A liquid foaming agent is injected by a high pressure pump and is stirred and mixed with the molten plastic in an extruder. The extruder has a heating part and a cooling part, and is provided with a temperature control device for controlling the forming temperature of the molten foam plastic. The extruder and the turning head are connected with a connecting hose and the turning head and the annular die are also connected with a connecting hose. The foaming plastic flows through the turning head, then through the connecting hose, and is extruded to be formed at the annular die end, and then enters the cooling and shaping tank. The annular die provides the required temperature to the foaming plastic, and the cooling and the shaping requirements are provided by the shaping tank. |
