titleOfInvention | Substrate of biosensor chip and its manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention discloses a substrate of bio-sensor chip and its manufacturing method. Said substrate of bio-sensor chip includes a base material, a nano-particle unit and a sensing unit respectively disposed thereon. Said base material is formed by a transparent material, said nano-particle unit has plural metal nano-particles formed on said base material at equal spacing. Said sensing unit has plural receiving units ornamented on said base material, located in between and in the proximity of said metal nano-particles. When the receiving units of said sensing unit form unique binding with the target object, the local electromagnetic field induced by the metal nano-particles will change with the surrounding environment, causing variation of optical spectrum, thereby detecting the target object. So the present invention has the practical utilization value to develop into a bio-sensor tool. |
