abstract | An addition curable organopolysilmethylene constituted by a silicon-base polymer having silmethylene bonding is provided. An organopolysilmethylene composition containing the addition curable organopolysilmethylene and a cured substance thereof are also provided, which have excellent heat resistance, electric insulating property, water resistance, moldability, and less gas permeability when the addition curable organopolysilmethylene contained therein is cured. The organopolysilmethylene (A) is represented by the following formula (1). In formula (1), R1 are independently selected from a group of monovalent hydrocarbon group with 1-10 carbon atoms of unsubstituted or substitution, alkoxyl group, hydroxyl group, (R)3SiCH2- or (R)3SiO-; R are independently selected from a group of monovalent hydrocarbon group with 1-10 carbon atoms of unsubstituted or substitution, alkoxyl group or hydroxyl group; m is an integer from 1 to 100; and n is an integer from 1 to 100. At least two of R1and R are alkenyl group. |
