Disclosed is a method for producing a vesicle composition, the continuous phase of which is a water phase, comprising: a step for dissolving an oil phase containing a branched fatty acid having a specific structure (component (A)), a tertiary amine having a specific structure (component (B)), and a C1-10 organic acid (component (C)) at a temperature that is equal to or greater than the melting point of said oil phase; and a step for mixing while adding the water phase to the dissolved oil phase. |
