A motilin-link peptide compound offering absorptivity via mucous administration |
abstract |
The object of this invention is to provide a motilin-like peptide compound that maintains the digestion tube motion stimulation activity of moltin and enables high absorptivity via mucous administration. The inventors of this invention considers the degradation routes of motilin in the absorption location via mucous membrane and maintenance of the physiological activity of motilin, designs and synthesizes the derivatives, and confirms that the compound characterized by substituting the 21th position amino acid of the natural form motilin shows high absorptivity via mucous administration and maintains equal activity as motilin, so as to accomplish this invention. |
