abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carbonated drink comprising soybean flour or soybean milk which contains soybean-origin nutrients and shows good soybean taste together with refreshing carbonation and in which soybean-origin components are maintained in a stable state without coagulation even in the case of containing these soybean-origin components in a large amount. In a carbonated drink comprising soybean flour and/or soybean milk, soybean-origin components can be maintained in a stable state without coagulation by adjusting the pH value of the drink to 5.7 or higher and, therefore, the carbonated drink can contain soybean-origin nutrients and show good soybean taste together with refreshing carbonation.
