abstract | The present invention is related to a hyaluronic acid composition with a binary mixture of hyaluronic acids having mainly different weight-average molecular weight and then different rheological, tissue scaffold, barrier and degradation properties in aqueoussolution. The resulted compositions have demonstrated an optimal balance between adhesion, barrier, tissue scaffold and treating time on the treatment and prevention of IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) includes ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease. Thus, the present inventive binary mixture exhibits a quick and lasting effect on the treatment and prevention of IBD which is very good thing indeed. |
