abstract | The present invention provides a deep ocean water Tofu, formula and manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises: taking a predetermined amount of soybean and make it into soybean milk; adding a concentrated mineral liquid obtained by concentrating and desalting deep ocean water into the soybean milk to mix with the soybean milk and form a mixed liquid having a hardness of 800~3000, whereby after reaction for a certain time, a solidified soybean product is obtained; and finally, pressing the soybean product by a predetermined weight to fix a fixed shape, thereby producing a product of deep ocean water Tofu. The Tofu product is made by adding a concentrated mineral liquid from deep ocean water as a coagulating agent in soybean milk, and since the deep ocean water is pure and clean without pollution and the concentrated mineral water contains plenty of natural minerals, the Tofu is more delicate and has good water retention ability with better nutrition. |
