abstract | The subject of the present invention is to provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition for a spacer, wherein the resin composition has high sensitivity and the formed spacer has a superior adhesion. In addition, the present invention also provides a spacer having a superior adhesion to a substrate, a manufacturing method of the spacer, and a liquid crystal display element having the spacer. The means of the present invention is to provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition for forming the spacer, and the resin composition comprises: (A) a resin having an acid group, (B) a polymeric unsaturated compound, and (C) a proxetil compound as following general formula (1) indicating: [wherein in general formula (1), R and B represent independently monovalence substituted groups, A represents a divalent organic group, and Ar represents an aryl group.] |
