Provided is a highly adhesive polyester film for optical use which inhibits the iridescent coloration occurring in the light of a fluorescent lamp, is excellent in adhesion to hard coat layers and adhesion under high-temperature high-humidity conditions (moist-heat resistance), and has scraping resistance of coating layer. The highly adhesive polyester film for optical use has a coating layer on at least one side of a polyester film, and the coating layer is mainly composed of polyester resin, particle A and particle B; wherein the said polyester resin contains naphthalene dicarboxylic acid as acid component, dicarboxylic acid represented by the structural formula (1) and/ or diol component represented by the structural formula (2); wherein the particle A is metal oxide particle with refractive index of 1.7-3.0 and the particle B is particle with average grain diameter of 200nm-700nm. (1) HOOC-(CH2)n-COOH (wherein n is an integer of 4 ≤ n ≤ 10) (2) HO-(CH2)n-OH (wherein n is an integer of 4 ≤ n ≤ 10) |
