abstract Disclosed is about a matrix of HDPE and EPDM added vulcanization agent, vulcanization aid, compatibilizer, and flame retardant agent. The mixture is then dynamically vulcanized to form a thermoplastic elastomer, and then dual-extruded to complete a film. Because the electrical and thermal insulation and recyclability of the thermoplastic elastomer, the conventional PVC of the electrical insulating tape film backing can be replaced with the film of the invention.
