abstract The present invention provides a golden lemon whose peel has golden color. The treatment process includes: harvesting the lemons with 80% or 90% maturity and having pale green peels; classifying the lemons according to the size and quality and then washing them; soaking said classified lemons into the preservative; taking out said lemons to naturally dry; packing the lemons in the way that each lemon is placed in one bag, which are then kept in the refrigerator at the temperature between 10DEG C to 15DEG C for 90 days, after that the peels of the lemons will turn into golden color. Thereby, this lemon having good quality can be an alternative during out of season period.
