The present invention is to provide a fibre strengthening resin composition which comprises a melt kneading article (A) is formed by melt kneading a first resin (A1) and a second resin (A2) having a reactive functional group, a third resin (3) and a fibrous filler; and the content of each component are shown as follow: 0.1-300 w.t.% of the said fibrous filler (C) in contrast with 100 w.t.% of resin composition consisting of 0.1-75 w.t.% of first resin (A1), 0.1-15 w.t.% of second resin (A2) having a reactive functional group, and 10-99.8 w.t.% of third resin (B). Besides, the said first resin (A1) and the said third resin (B) form a matrix resin; the said second resin (A2) is dispersed in the matrix resin as particulate, and the number average particle diameter of the said particle is 10-1000 nm. The present invention provides a fibre strengthening resin composition having excellent balance of rigidity and impact resistance, a forming material and their producing processes. |
