titleOfInvention Plant culture medium and preparation method for microorganism
abstract The invention provides a plant culture medium and a preparation method for microorganisms, comprising steps of utilizing a culture medium to ferment by germs, and diluting five hundred folds for utilization after keeping air pumping and fermentation for at least fifteen days, wherein the microorganisms are selected from a group consisting of Bacillus thuringiensis, Trichodermas and Bacillus subtilis. The culture medium is selected from a group consisting of industrial milk powder, amino acid powder, milt, mida-extract, trace elements, potassium humate, alga and water and the usage ratio is in an order of 80-120: 10-30: 1-3: 8-13: 4-8: 8-13: 6-15: 1000. The method comprises steps of adding constituents one by one and performing high temperature sterilization before adding microorganisms, wherein the temperature is at least greater than 100 degrees Celsius, and time must be retained for at least twenty minutes.
