Provided is a method for forming laminates, which is not only able to easily sustain the adhesiveness of resin layers composed of insulating resin and others even during a step of continuously processing a silane coupling agent, but also able to decrease production costs. A method for forming laminates, comprising steps of continuously coating a silane coupling solution on surface of a metal layer and drying the coating film to form a silane coupling agent coating, and laminating a resin on the said silane coupling agent coating, is characterized in that during the said the process of silane coupling agent, FT-IR reflection absorption spectroscopy is used to analyze the formed silane coupling agent coating. When the peak area of Si-O is less than the designated threshold, renew at least a part of the said silane coupling agent solution to control the said peak area in the designated range and conduct the processing of silane coupling agent simultaneously. |
