| abstract | A manufacturing method and a device of pre-built member having inserts and a product thereof are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes: (1) deformable materials such as sands, clays and silicone are paved in a molding case; (2) inserts such as natural stones, stone plates formed through cutting, artificial stones, gravels, rocks, rock sheets and ceramic sheets are paved on the deformable materials, and a part of the inserts is inserted into the deformable materials; (3) concrete is grouted on the inserts; (4) after the concrete is solidified, the molding case is removed and the deformable materials are also removed, so a pre-built member having inserts with one surface being provided with plural inserts inserted in the concrete is obtained. |
