abstract |
The present invention relates to a production method of decoration products having unevenness in the decoration surface, which comprises following steps: step (1) irradiating the resin sheet having thermal shrinkage behavior with infrared ray under the condition of the said resin sheet is held, so that the adjacent part A and part B in the same surface of the said resin sheet has different surface temperature and at least the surface temperature of part A is over than the alignment recovery intensity inflection point, to make difference of film thickness between part A and part B; and step (2) pasting the resin sheet with the adherent to be integrated via vacuum forming method. In the vacuum forming synchronous decoration method, a decoration forming product having unevenness in the decoration surface after decoration can be excellent regenerated without physical method such as embossing and the like. |
