abstract | The invention provides a polyoxyalkylene-amine phosphorous based flame retardant, mainly composed of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCP) having several polyoxyalkylene-amine substituted groups. The polyoxyalkylene-amine contains at least two terminal amino groups. The polyoxyalklene-amine phosphorous-containing flame retardant may further contain a layered silicate clay. By means of modifying the layered silicate clay with polyoxyalkylene-amine substituted group intercalated layer of HCP, thermal stability may effectively improve. The invention can also apply the polyoxyalkylene-amine phosphorous based flame retardant to the polymer material, the flame-retardability can be improved by the cross-linking structure between the polyoxyalkylene-amine phosphorous based flame retardant and the polymer material . The invention also provides a method for producing polyoxyalkylene-amine phosphorous based flame retardant and a method for applying polyoxyalkylene-amine phosphorous based flame retardant in polymer materials. |
