titleOfInvention | Polycarbonate resin, coating liquid containing same, and electrophotographic photosensitive body |
abstract | Disclosed is a urethane-type polycarbonate resin which utilizes strong hydrogen bonds between urethane groups and has high wear resistance. Specifically disclosed is a polycarbonate resin having a repeating unit represented by general formula [1] and a repeating unit represented by general formula [2]. Also specifically disclosed is an electrophotographic photosensitive body having a photosensitive layer on a conductive substrate, wherein the polycarbonate resin is contained as a component of the photosensitive layer. The electrophoto graphic photosensitive body has high wear resistance and maintains excellent electrophotographic characteristics for a long time. (In general formulae [1] and [2], Ar2 represents a group having a divalent aromatic group, and Ar1 represents a divalent aromatic group-containing group having a specific structure.) |
