Disclosed is a novel and excellent method for preventing and/or treating cannabinoid-2 receptor-related diseases, which is based on an agonist action on cannabinoid-2 receptors. Specifically disclosed is a heterocyclic derivative mainly having two substituents, for example, a pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid amide derivative having a substituted amino group at the 2-position, which has a strong agonist action on cannabinoid-2 receptors. The derivative can be an agent for preventing and/or treating diseases related to cannabinoid-2 receptors, such as inflammatory diseases and pains. |
