titleOfInvention Method for preparing light weight fuel oil from inferior raw oil
abstract A method for preparing a light weight fuel oil from an inferior raw oil. The inferior raw oil sequentially enters a first and a second reaction zones of a catalytic conversion reactor, contacts a catalytic conversion catalyst and generates a first reaction, a second reaction respectively. After performing a gas-solid separation of the reaction product and the spent catalyst, the spent catalyst is sequentially steam stripped, burned and returned to the reactor for reusing. Through the separation, propylene, a light weight fuel oil, a catalytic wax and other products are obtained from the reaction product, in which the aforementioned catalytic wax enters a hydrogenation processing device and/ or an aromatic hydrocarbon extraction device, and is separated to obtain a hydrogenated catalytic wax and/ or a residual oil after extraction. The aforementioned hydrogenated catalytic wax and / or residual oil after extraction is recycled to the first reaction zone of the catalytic conversion reactor and /or other catalytic conversion device for further reaction and obtaining the light weight fuel oil as the target product and propylene as the side product. In the method, after the inferior raw oil is underwent a mild catalytic conversion, the obtained catalytic wax undergoing extraction with the aromatic hydrocarbons, the extracted oil richly containing bicyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and being good chemical engineering raw materials. The residual oil after extraction richly contains aliphatic alkanes and cyclic alkanes and is very suitable for performing catalytic conversion, may accomplish utilizing petroleum sources in a high efficiency.
