abstract This invention relates to a structure and a manufacturing method of a thin film type common-mode noise filter. It comprises: on an insulated substrate, utilize photolithography technique, chemical vapor deposition process, etching technique or other chemical process to form multiple insulation layers, coil wire leading-out layers, and main coil body layers. Next, cover with an insulated glue layer and a magnetic material layer. With this design, the thin film type common-mode noise filter can be manufactured at low cost and can also enhance the characteristics of common-mode noise filtering.
