abstract |
An objective of the present invention is to provide a long-lasting makeup cosmetic which keeps the makeup from fading. According to the invention, the cosmetic blends and comprises specific polyurethane particles in the cosmetic base. The specific polyurethane particle is made of the main body of a polyurethane particle and hydrophilic silica micropowders that coat the surface of the main body of particle. The main body of polyurethane particle is formed of three-dimensionally polymerizing with a tri- or higher multi-functional amine an isocyanate-ended urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate component with a polyol component containing a polytetram-ethylene glycol. The polyurethane particles are obtained by spray-drying a mixed aqueous dispersion liquid, which is made by dispersing in water the hydrophilic silica micropowders and polyurethane spheres made by three-dimensional polymerization as described above in a spray dryer. |
