An in vivo quantitative method of soluble β -glucans by using a transformant of surface expression vector carrying a gene of receptor fusion protein are disclosed. A carbohydrate recognition domain of human receptor is expressed on the cell membrane surface of the transformant for binding soluble β -glucans specifically, so as to in vivo quantitative soluble β -glucans with biological benefit to human. |
