Furthermore, this operation unit connects to vehicle database management system. When vehicle through inter-station, the RFID reader will get signal of first register of vehicle and take image date of the vehicle transmission to application server center. The speed detector unit can compute speed of vehicle between difference inter-station. Moreover, the register of vehicle operation unit can compare image data between original and second vehicle, which to determine legitimacy of vehicle.
