titleOfInvention Rotation shaft device with cooling effect
abstract A rotation shaft device with cooling effect includes a shaft seat unit and a shaft rod. The shaft seat unit includes a hollow base passing through a vacuum chamber, an airtight bushing and at least one bearing respectively installed in the base, and a cooling sleeve tube installed at the exterior of the base and working with the base to define a cooling space surrounding the base. The base is installed with a water inlet and a water outlet respectively in communication with the cooling space. The shaft rod passes through the airtight bushing and the bearing to extend into the hollow chamber, and is driven to pivotally rotate around its own axial core. Through the structural design of the rotation shaft device being equipped with a cooling space allowing cooling fluid to be introduced for performing cooling and lowering temperature, such that during the period that the rotation shaft device being operated in the vacuum chamber, the temperature can be kept within a pre-set range, the thermal expansion deformation is greatly reduced, and a certain airtight effect is also provided.
