titleOfInvention | Production method of conductive inorganic oxide particles and conductive inorganic oxide particles obtained from the same |
abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a conductive inorganic oxide powder, which has a smaller particle size and a good powder resistance when compared to conventional conductive inorganic oxide powders. To achieve this purpose, the production method of the conductive inorganic oxide powder is applicable to dope the dopant, i.e. the metal component into the inorganic oxide particles to provide the electrical conductivity, characterized by producing with the following steps A to D: a step of preparing a slurry containing the aforementioned inorganic oxide particles (step A); a step of making the dopant, i.e. the metal component, coexisting in the aforementioned inorganic oxide particles-containing slurry, and electrolytically doping the aforementioned dopant, i.e. the metal component, to the aforementioned inorganic oxide particles by means of an electrolysis process (step B); a step of filtering the slurry that has finished the electrolytic doping process, drying and collecting particles through a filter (step C); burning the particles collected through the filter to form the conductive inorganic oxide particles (step D). |
