abstract An active device array substrate and liquid crystal display (LCD) Panel and liquid crystal display (LCD) thereof are disclosed. The main manner of the present invention is increasing a set of bias lines provided the bias signals to the storage capacitance of the pixel units with the bright zone and the dark zone on the active device array substrate. Thus, when the layout type of the bias lines is adopted to the horizontal layout type, no matter the LCD panel is adopted to the driving manner of the dot inversion, the column inversion, or the row inversion, the LCD has not the color washout and display brightness unevenness phenomenon.
