abstract This invention provides an anti-tumor protein, which is characterized by (a) having an N-terminal amino acid sequence of ASTVIP, wherein A represents alanine residue, S represents serine residue, T represents threonine residue, V represents valine residue, I represents isoleucine residue, P represents proline residue, (b) having a LC/MSMS spectrum as shown in figure 7(A), and (c) having a molecular weight of 30 kDa. This invention also provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the anti-tumor protein and the use and application of the anti-tumor protein.
