abstract This invention discloses a rechargeable electric heater comprising a heat conduction sheet, a heater, a housing, a power supply device and a circuit substrate. The heater has a semiconductor electric heating thin film with a nano-scale thickness. The nano thin film is capable of heating the heater quickly and saving electricity. Therefore, the compact portable rechargeable electric heater is capable of not only warming up quickly but also heating evenly. The heater installed therein can greatly increase efficiency of thermoelectric conversion so that the electric heater has advantage that it can be used for a long period of time.
