abstract The invention provides a colloid electrolyte comprising a thickening agent, and an electrolyte. The thickening agent is selected from the modified cellulose defined by the claims and specification content. The electrolyte comprises a plasticizer with a high dielectric constant and a lithium salt, wherein the thickening agent is selected from ethyl cellulose, and the weight percentage concentration is between 1.5 and 7wt%. The plasticizer is selected from propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate or one combination thereof, and the lithium salt can be selected from lithium perchlorate.
