titleOfInvention Packaging material for glass-ceramic composite
abstract A packaging material for glass-ceramic composite includes a glass matrix that comprises four materials of SiO.sub.2, Al.sub.2O.sub.3, BaO and B.sub.2O.sub.3 and mixes a glass filler selected from at least one filler consisting of Kaliophilite (KALSiO.sub.4), Leucite (KAlSi.sub.2O.sub.6), and magnesium oxide. The packaging material for glass-ceramic composite of the invention includes high-temperature type glass matrix (the softening point is between 750 to 850 DEG C) and middle-temperature type glass matrix (the softening point is between 650 to 750 DEG C) and is mixed with glass fillers. The volume of the glass fillers in the high-temperature type glass matrix occupies about 5% to 20% of the volume summation of both glass matrix and glass filler. In addition, the volume of glass fillers in the middle-temperature type glass matrix occupies about 0% to 40% of the volume summation of both glass matrix and glass filler. The glass filler has the effect of regulating the expansion coefficient.
