abstract |
A method for modifying a surface of an aluminum oxide is disclosed. The aluminum oxide is contacted with a water solution of 5-70 volume% of hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes to 3 hours. The invention also discloses electroosmosis pump and electric power generator using the modified porous anodic aluminum oxide membrane. |
