abstract | The invention relates to a method for forming titanium dioxide film on a conductive substrate. The method includes a coating treatment for coating a thick liquid on the conductive substrate and a drying treatment for drying the thick liquid. The dispersion liquid of the thick liquid is mainly made up of water and ethanol which is 50 wt%-97 wt% of the dispersion liquid. The invention is also relates to use the above method as one of the manufacturing processes to produce membrane electrode, an anode and a solar cell of dye-sensitized solar cell produced. The invention can form the titanium dioxide film with high structural integrity to enhance the production yields of the membrane electrode, the anode, and the solar cell so that quality control cost of the products can be reduced, and solar cell will have the highest photoelectric efficiency. |
