The present invention provides a cover tape with small range of peeling strength and less generation of static electricity even under peeling at high speed. The cover tape of the present invention is characterized by having at least a substrate layer, an intermediate layer, a charge transferring layer and a heat sealing layer, in which (I) the charge transferring layer contains a acid-modified polyolefin resin and a conductive agent; (II) the heat sealing layer contains (a) thermoplastic resin component consisted of acrylic resin and (b) styrene-conjugated diene copolymer or hydrogenated resin thereof, and a mass ratio of the two component (a)/(b) is 20/80-80/20. |
