titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of layer shielding layer soil for hydraulic construction |
abstract | A manufacturing method of layer shielding soil for hydraulic construction is disclosed, which mainly uses the sludge taken from a reservoir as a primary raw material, and mixes 5 to 50 weight % powdery reservoir sludge with sand to form sandy soil. Next, active minerals are added according to the composition of the sandy soil to increase the contents of aluminum and silicon monomers in the soil, so that after the addition, the compositions of SiO2 + Al2O3 + CaO in the sandy soil are preferably greater than 80 weight %. Subsequently, strong base and polymerization medium are used to crack the aluminum and silicon monomers in the sandy soil and active minerals, for re-polymerization into layer shielding layer soil of hydraulic construction that contains silicon-oxygen tetrahedra and aluminum-oxygen tetrahedra. Since in this invention the reservoir sludge and sand are processed to form sandy soil without requiring high temperature calcination, this method can not only produce structures whose compressive strength complies with standards specified by Water Resources Agency, but also, under the principle of energy and carbon saving, improves arbitrary discarding environmental protection problem due to limited use of reservoir sludge. |
