A thermally conductive composite material is disclosed, which includes a polymer in situ added with purity of at least 90% of κ -alumina nanoparticles during the polymer synthesis, keeping the κ -alumina nanoparticles evenly dispersed in the polymer, so as to increase the thermal conductivity of the polymer. Since the κ -alumina nanoparticles can effectively increase the thermal conductivity of the polymer, the resulted thermally conductive composite material can be applied to a surface of a soft material. |
