abstract The invention relates to a panel having composite multi-layered film. A composite multi-layered film is arranged on the display panel. The composite multi-layered film at least includes two polymer films laminated with each other and having different refraction indices. With the multi-layered film, the light emitted by the display penetrates at a first incident angle, the light having incident angle greater than the first incident angle goes back to display and thus have security effects. The light back to the display can penetrate the composite multi-layered film through reflection(s), therefore to increase the light of the display. Based on the same principle, when the display does not emit light, light can be introduced from the outside of the composite multi-layered film so that light with specific wavelength is reflected and the display can have decorative effects.
