The present invention provides a process for producing triazole derivatives having (1,3-dioxane-5-yl)thio group, and high purity of triazole derivatives; the said process is a operation method that can produce triazole derivatives in high quality and high yield, more advantageously in the industry, and the less effect on environment. According to the present invention, sodium hydroxide or sodium ethoxide is used in the reaction of epoxide and thioester. Further, hydrochloride of diols reacts to aldehyde in the presence of trimethylsilyl chloride and organic bases, in the presence of alcohols or without alcohols. Moreover, sodium methoxide is used in the coupling reaction of phosphonic acid ester and aldehyde. |
